 PT ZAO - Optional Tours in Victoria Falls

Morning or Afternoon Game drive (3 hours)                   
A safari Drive abroad a rough terrain vehicle, thoughtfully fitted for optional game viewing, a guide unfolds the mysteries of Zimbabwe rugged landscapes, exposing the beauties of wild creatures in their habitats. Elephant, buffalo giraffe and kudu are frequently sighted. (0630 hours or 1530 hours)
 
Full Day White Water Rafting (Approx. 10 hours)
White water rafting is very popular, whirlpools boils eddies and grinding rapids are all part of an encountered wild thrill, passages vary between half-day trips -in low water, a wild day's ride to Rapid 21.  Guides focus on keeping clients safe, medical rescue, radio communications, Americas Cup Life jackets helmets Avon self-bailing rafts and extensive training are part of the package.

Bungee Jumping
A daring jump into the 111m gorge below the Victoria Falls Bridge, the second highest bridge jump in the world. (The entire process takes approx. 1 hour with an additional 8 minutes per jumper)
 
Morning or Afternoon Nature Sanctuary Tour (1000 hours or 1500 hours)                       
Clients will be driven to the Zambezi Nature Sanctuary, where they first have a chance to visit the pens of varying ages of crocodiles, from new hatchlings, which clients are given the opportunity to hold, to fully grown monstrous crocs. After this interesting tour, clients can explore the butterfly and bird gardens, wander through the educational museum, watch the vultures at the "vulture restaurant", and view the semi-tame leopard and other species. (1 hour)
 
Morning Zambian Tour (0800 hours - 1200)                                
Participants will be collected soon after breakfast, and will be driven across the bridge, complete immigration formalities into Zambia, and witness the superb views of the Falls from the Bridge itself.  The Group will tour the Eastern Cataract and walk across the footbridge to the Knife-Edge for a splendid view of the Falls and for an unrivalled photographic opportunity.
The tour will then continue with a visit to Chief Mukuni’s village – a genuine living settlement.  One of the inhabitants will explain the layout and daily activities of the people.
 
Thereafter, clients will be assisted with border formalities and transferred to the hotel / lodge in Victoria Falls. (Approx. 4 hours)
 
Flight of Angels Helicopter (15 minutes at 30 minutes intervals)
Clients are whizzed to and fro over the Falls, in an exciting series of twists and turns to see this wonder of the world from all angles.  The Helicopter is a smoother ride, has larger windows for viewing purposes and the ability to hover over the Falls at the best angles, allowing for great photo opportunities.  Both the Helicopter flight and the Fixed Wing flight provide breathtaking moments of pure beauty as the Falls loom up beneath the craft.  On the way too and from the Falls in the air, there is also a chance of spotting game by the side of the Zambezi River or on the many small islands dotted along the Zambezi.
 
Hwange Day Trip (0600 hours – to about 2000 hours.)
A leisurely day in the park.  Hwange is most famous for its elephant, but supports a total of some hundred species of mammal and greater number of birdlife.  The guests will spend the day exploring deep into the park with stops at viewing platforms and water holes frequented by game. Buffet lunch is included in this tour.
